Typical materials: CW617N and various other brass grades

Brass, due to its nature as a soft metal, can be molded in various shapes and sizes. It is versatile, durable, and long-lasting. It is resistant to corrosion and can withstand extreme temperatures. CW617N has excellent hot forming properties and very high machinability.

CW617N grade brass is used for valves because of its:

Manufacturing methods: Hot forged and CNC machining

• Components are first shaped using the hot forging process. This process improves ductility, mechanical characteristics, and surface appearance.
